Hazardous Area Online Process Oxygen Analyzer, CE

The OMD-625 is a cost-effective online hazardous area instrument designed for measuring oxygen continuously with very little maintenance requirements.  The analyzer comes with ATEX and IECEx certification for use in Ex db ib IIB+H2 T4 Gb areas.  Primary applications for this analyzer include natural gas, landfill, hydrogen production and other industrial applications.

The electronics are highly reliable and feature packed with a very easy-to-use MENU interface.  No need to lug an expensive laptop into the field to configure the unit.  Electronic features include 4 – 20mA or 1 – 5 VDC, 2 alarm relay contacts, multiple ranges and a 12 – 24VDC power input (optional 100 – 240VAC Power).

The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure.  The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte.  The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life.

The analyzer comes with multiple ranges from 0 – 10 PPM up to 0 – 100%.  This analyzer also has the unique ability for the user to enter a custom range such as 0 – 2000 ppm or 0 – 734 ppm full scale.  Optional sensors can be configured for PPM or Percent oxygen analysis, sensors designed for Inert, CO2 or H2S background gases applications.

If digital communication is needed, the analyzer has an optional MODBUS RS485 RTU bi-directional communication protocol.
